The proceeds from levying investment port due in the seaports of the Russian Federation in 2019–2020 are planned to be allocated to 4 projects that meet the established regulatory requirements for financing through an investment fee. The General Director of FSUE «Rosmorport» Andrey Lavrishchev reported this to journalists. According to him, these are projects to create terminals in the Sukhodol Bay (Primorsky Krai), “Ultramar” in the port of Ust-Luga, reconstruction of federal property in Murmansk and the terminal “Maly Port” in the port of Vostochny.
The maximum amount of the fee, which is supposed to be charged in 13 ports, is estimated at 7.5 - 8 billion rubles per year. The fee will be charged only in the amount that will be necessary to finance the relevant projects.
At present, the issue of the list of ports where the investment fee is supposed to be charged is being coordinated with Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation. Andrey Lavrishchev expects that the fee will be charged this year.
